E-110 and E-102 may have negative effects on children's activity and attention. - Slowly heat 5 liters of milk, and when it starts to boil, add the contents of the packet. - Keep boiling for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. - Remove from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before placing it in the molds. - Let it rest in the fridge for at least 45 minutes. - Decorate to taste, typically with burnt sugar or caramel syrup.
