Demi-glace sauce preparation is a dark sauce that can be considered a mother sauce or a flavorful and aromatic base for meat stews and other sauces for all types of meats.

It is a sauce derived from Spanish sauce, generally reduced to 2/3 of its volume. Easy to prepare and with multiple uses.

Contains milk and soy. May contain traces of egg. - Heat 8.5 liters of water or broth according to the type of sauce. - Before it heats up, pour the contents of the jar into the water and stir until completely dissolved. - Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it simmer for 3 -minutes. You can add 250 ml of white wine.
